Italy Customer Visiting

On January 7, 2019, our Italy old friend Mr. pier visited our overseas sales department. Mr. Pier has rich work experience & knowledge in refractory industry,  and he also has a good knowledge of refractory material. Now he owns his business and travels in China a lot. 



This time, Mr. Pier wants to purchase silicon nitride bonded silicon carbide refractory, which is widely used steel industry, nonferrous metals industry, ceramics industry and so on. For example, the inner lining of blast furnace, hot blast furnace inner lining, aluminum reduction cell inner lining, ceramic kilns furniture, etc. 



As a professional technician, Mr. Pier knows the characteristics of silicon nitride bonded silicon carbide refractory well: high mechanical strength, good thermal conductivity, small linear expansion coefficient, good thermal shock resistance, alkali corrosion resistance, oxidization resistance and so on. Our technical supervisor Mr. Cui listened to Mr. Pier’s technique requirement carefully and made sure our quality standard is higher than his requirement, which made Mr. Pier very happy.



When all indexes are clearly discussed, Mr. Cui and our sales colleagues showed Mr. pier around our silicon nitride bonded silicon carbide bricks production shop to check the quality. Although it was late, Mr. Pier visited our process shop with great interest.
